Delivery

Leaving us: pieces that are ready are posted within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order pieces take the making time shown on their page first.
UK: tracked delivery, £3.50, or free on orders of £50 or more. Arrives within 3–5 working days of posting.
International (United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia): tracked delivery, £12. Arrives within 7–14 working days of posting.
Packaging: discreet and plastic-free. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or tax by the country they're going to. That's paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Changed your mind? You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after delivery. Tell us by email, or use the cancellation form in our Terms & Conditions, then post the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please send it unworn and unwashed, ideally with its tags on. We refund what you paid, including our standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of getting it back or of seeing proof you've posted it, whichever is sooner. Return postage is yours to pay.
Hygiene: if knickers, briefs, thongs or children's briefs reach you in a sealed hygiene bag, we can't take them back once the seal is broken, for health reasons, unless they're faulty.
Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, including postage both ways. After that, your rights carry on: we'll repair or replace it, and if that doesn't work, you can have some or all of your money back.
